Bird Construction Inc

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Growth Industrial. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable, but at the top end of the range. When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed that the stock price for this company has recently taken off. This company has too much debt and the Liquidity Ratio is too low. The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are fine. The current dividend yield is moderate with dividend growth restarting. See my spreadsheet on Bird Construction Inc.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? Although others do not seem to be bothered by the debt and low Liquidity Ratio, I do think that is a negative. Expect volatility if investing in this company, but this applies to all Industrial companies. The stock price is almost to the highs of 2014. A positive for the future is that the company has begun to raise dividends again the analysts feel this will continue. The stock price seems reasonable, but it is in the top of this range, I believe.

I do not own this stock of Bird Construction Inc (TSX-BDT, OTC-BIRDF). This was listed as a top stock in ETF of iShares S&P TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Index. I had not heard of it before, so I decided to do a spreadsheet on this stock in 2016.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed that the stock price for this company has recently taken off. Also, the Total Return to December 10, 2023 is much better than the Total Return showing below to the end of 2022.

This is a total return would be a total return of 4.44% per year with 0.59% from capital loss and 3.84% from dividends. So, you would have done better for the 10 years to almost the end of 2023.

The last dividends increase in 2023 was for 10%.

This company used to be an Income Trust. Income Trust can give much higher dividends than corporations. A lot of old Income Trust companies are having a hard time getting the dividends right after being forced to become corporations.

This company has too much debt and the Liquidity Ratio is too low. The Long Term Debt/Market Cap Ratio for 2022 is good at 0.16 and currently at 0.08. The Liquidity Ratio for 2022 is a low at 1.23 and 1.22 currently. If you added in Cash Flow after dividends, the ratios are still low at 1.26 and 1.28. I prefer this ratio to be at 1.50 or higher. The Debt Ratio for 2022 is low at 1.29 and 1.29 currently. I prefer this ratio to be at 1.50 or higher. The Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios for 2022 are too high at 4.50 and 3.50 and currently at 4.46 and 3.46. I prefer these ratios to be below 3.00 and below 2.00.

The corresponding historical ratios are 6.91, 9.98 and 11.30. The current P/E Ratio is 10.94 based on a stock price of $14.11 and EPS estimate for 2023 of $1.28. This ratio is below the low ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap.

I also have Adjusted Earnings per Share (AEPS) data. The 5-year low, median, and high median Price/Adjusted Earnings per Share Ratios are 6.73, 9.07 and 11.02. The corresponding 10 year ratios are 11.47, 13.95 and 16.43. The current P/AEPS Ratio is 10.69 based on a stock price of $14.11 and AEPS estimate for 2023 of $1.32. This ratio is below the low ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap.

I get a 10-year median Price/Book Value per Share Ratio of 2.43. The current P/B Ratio is 2.49 based on a stock price of $14.11, Book Value of $273M and Book Value per Share of $5.08. The current ratio is 2.3% above the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable but above the median.

I get a 10-year median Price/Cash Flow per Share Ratio of 6.65. The current P/CF Ratio is 8.15 based on a stock price of $14.11 and Cash Flow estimate for 2023 of $93.00. I get an historical median dividend yield of 5.82%. The current dividend yield is 3.04% based on a stock price of $14.11 and dividends of $0.4296. The current dividend yield is 47% below the 10 year median dividend yield. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively expensive.

I get a 10 year median dividend yield of 5.70%. The current dividend yield is 3.04% based on a stock price of $14.11 and dividends of $0.4296. The current dividend yield is 48% below the historical median dividend yield. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively expensive.

The current ratio is 8% above the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable but above the median.

Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable, but at the top end of the range. The dividend yield tests are not good ones. The P/S Ratio test is a good one and shows the stock price as reasonable but above the median. The P/AEPS Ratio and P/GP Ratio tests are good ones and show the stock price is cheap. The P/B Ratio test is a good one and show the stock price as reasonable but above the median.

There are problems with the dividend yield test as this company used to be an income trust which could produce much higher dividends than a corporation. The current yield is probably still too high for a construction firm.

When I look at analysts’ recommendations, I find Strong Buy (4), Buy (4). The consensus would be a Strong Buy. The 12 month stock price consensus is $15.94, with a high of $17.50 and low of $14.50. A stock price of $15.94 implies a total return of 16.01% with 12.97% from capital gains and 3.04% from dividends.

There is only one recommendation on Stock Chase for 2023 and it is a Hold. Stock Chase gives this stock 3 stars out of 5. It is not on any of the dividend lists that I follow. Sienna Senior Living Inc

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Paying Health Care. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably cheap. Debt Ratios show that they have a lot of debt. The important Dividend Payout Ratios of AFFO and FFO are currently fine. The current dividend yield is high with dividend growth very low. See my spreadsheet on Sienna Senior Living Inc.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? I worry about the amount of debt (Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios) and the very low Liquidity Ratio. I also think of this company more as a Real Estate company than anything else. This is the same as for Chartwell. It is not the sort of company I would be interested in. The stock price testing shows that the stock price is relatively cheap.

I do not own this stock of Sienna Senior Living Inc (TSX-SIA, OTC-LWSCF). When I looked in Stock Chase about Chartwell, Greg Newman; Director & Portfolio Manager, Scotia Wealth Management said he liked Sienna Senior Living Better, so I investigated it.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed that what I do not like is the very, very low Liquidity Ratio. For 2022 it is 0.25, add in Cash Flow after dividends and it is 0.47. Even adding back in debt, it is 0.99. If this ratio is below 1.00, it means that current assets cannot cover current liabilities. It is even worse for the third quarter of 2023. Ratio here is 0.27, adding in cash flow after dividends, it is 0.51 and adding back in the current portion of the debt it only goes to 0.60. However, others do not seem to be worried about this.

If you had invested in this company in December 2012, for $1,004.00 you would have bought 80 shares at $12.55 per share. In December 2022, after 10 years you would have received $731.04 in dividends. The stock would be worth $872.00. Your total return would have been $1,603.04. This is a total return would be a total return of 6.28% per year with a 1.40% capital loss and 7.68% from dividends.

$12.55 $1,004.00 80 44 $731.04 $872.00 $1,603.04

The current dividend yield is high with dividend growth very low. The current dividend yield is high (7% and above) at 8.63%. The 5, 10 and historical dividend yields are good (5% to 6% ranges) at 6.29%, 5.26% and 6.54%. The dividend growth is low (below 8%) at 0.79% per year over the past 5 years. Dividend growth has never been more than very low. The last dividend increase was in 2019 and it was for 2%. There is often a trade-off between dividend yield and dividend growth.

The important Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) of AFFO and FFO are currently fine. The DPR for 2022 for Earnings per Share (EPS) are awful, but not that important at 328% with 5 year coverage at 1329%. The DPR for 2022 for Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) is 99% with 5 year coverage acceptable at 80%. This ratio is expected to be 91 in 2024. The DPR for 2022 for Funds from Operations (FFO) is 97% with 5 year coverage acceptable at 80%. This ratio is expected to be 87% in 2024. The DPR for 2022 for Cash Flow per Share (CFPS) is 16% with 5 year coverage at 38%. The DPR for 2022 for Free Cash Flow (FCF) is 139% with 5 year coverage at 107%.

Debt Ratios show that they have a lot of debt. The Long Term Debt/Market Cap Ratio for 2022 is too high at 1.07 with the current one better at 1.19. I also looked at Long Term Debt/Corresponding Assets Ratio and they are fine at 0.81 and 0.89. The Liquidity Ratio for 2022 is awful at .25 and 0.27 currently. If you added in Cash Flow after dividends, the ratios are not much better at 0.47 and 0.51. If you add back in also the current portion of the long term debt, they are still far too low at 0.99 and 0.60. I prefer them to be 1.50 or higher.

The Debt Ratio for 2022 is low at 1.35 and 1.30 currently. I also prefer them to be 1.50 or higher. The Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios for 2022 are too high at 3.87 and 2.87 and currently at 4.31 and 3.31. I prefer them to be below 3.00 and 2.00.

The corresponding historical year ratios are 37.98, 39.87 and 159.69. The current P/E Ratio is 77.50 based on a stock price of $10.85 and EPS estimate for 2023 of $0.14. This ratio is between the low and median ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable and below the median. The Price/Earnings per Share Ratios are really high and probably useless.

I have Funds from Operations (FFO) data. The 5-year low, median, and high median Price/ Funds from Operations per Share Ratios are 11.06, 13.05 and 14.89. The corresponding 10 year ratios are 11.13, 13.01 and 14.23. The current P/FFO is 10.14 based on a stock price of $1.85 and FFO estimate for 2023 of $1.07. The current ratio is below the low ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap.

I get a Graham Price of $11.35. The 10-year low, median, and high median Price/Graham Price Ratios are 0.97, 1.16 and 1.29. The current P/GP Ratio is 0.96 based on a stock price of $10.85. The current ratio is below the low ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap.

I get a 10-year median Price/Book Value per Share Ratio of 2.30. The current P/B Ratio is 2.03 based on a Book Value of $309M, Book Value per Share of $5.96 and a stock price of $10.85. The current ratio is 12% below the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable and below the median.

The current ratio is 30% below the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap.

Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably cheap. The dividend yield tests say that the stock price is relatively cheap. It is confirmed by the P/S Ratio test that says the stock price is relatively cheap. Most of the other tests say the same thing.

When I look at analysts’ recommendations, I find Strong Buy (1), Buy (2), and Hold (3). The consensus would be a Buy. The 12 months stock price consensus is $13.17, with a High of $14.00 and Low of $12.50. Using the stock price consensus of $13.17, this implies a total return of 30.01% with 21.38% from capital gains and 8.63% from dividends.

Chartwell Retirement Residences

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Growth Health Care. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable. Debt Ratios show that they have a lot of debt. The important Dividend Payout Ratios of AFFO and FFO are currently too high, but they are expected to improve in 2024 and 2025. The current dividend yield is good with dividend growth non-existent. See my spreadsheet on Chartwell Retirement Residences.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? This company seems more of a Real Estate play than and Health Care play to me. The Debt Ratios are a negative to me. They pay good dividends, but total return is too low for me. They would not be a favourite stock for me. Analyst seem to like it and the price seems reasonable.

I do not own this stock of Chartwell Retirement Residences (TSX-CSH.UN, OTC-CWSRF). I saw this stock on a dividend investing blog and looked it up on Stock Chase. It seemed like a good stock in the health care sector.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed analysts do not expect this stock to do well with earnings over the next couple of years. Next year they expect the earnings to be $0.00 (or close to it) and then $0.05 in 2025. However, analysts do expect the Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) and Funds from Operations (FFO) to increase in 2024 and 2025. The AFFO and FFO are good measurements for this stock.

If you had invested in this company in December 2012, for $1,002.25 you would have bought 95 shares at $10.55 per share. In December 2022, after 10 years you would have received $548.57 in dividends. The stock would be worth $801.80. Your total return would have been $1,350.37. This is a total return would be a total return of 3.76% per year with a 2.21% from capital loss and 5.97% from dividends.

Cost Tot. Cost Shares Years Dividends Stock Val Tot Ret
$10.55 $1,002.25 95 10 $548.57 $801.80 $1,350.37

The current dividend yield is good with dividend growth non-existent. The current dividend yield is good (5% to 6% ranges) at 5.62%. The 5 year and historical median dividend yields are good at 5.06% and 5.78%. The 10 year median dividend yield is moderate (2% to 4% ranges) at 4.80%. The last dividend increase was in 2020 and it was for 2%. The dividends are increase over time, but not every year. Analysts do not expect any dividend increases over the next two years.

The important Dividend Payout Ratios of AFFO and FFO are currently too high, but they are expected to improve in 2024 and 2025. The DPR for 2022 for Earnings per Share (EPS) are awful, but not that important at 290% with 5 year coverage at 723%. Debt Ratios show that they have a lot of debt. The Long Term Debt/Market Cap Ratio for 2022 is a bit high at 0.89 with the current one better at 0.58. I also looked at Long Term Debt/Corresponding Assets Ratio and they are good at 0.45 and 0.50. The Liquidity Ratio for 2022 is awful at .38 and 0.08 currently. If you added in Cash Flow after dividends, the ratios are not much better at 0.49 and 0.24. If you add back in also the current portion of the long term debt, they are still far too low at 1.10 and 1.05. I prefer them to be 1.50 or higher.

The Debt Ratio for 2022 is low at 1.28 and 1.34 currently. I also prefer them to be 1.50 or higher. The Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios for 2022 are too high at 4.56 and 3.56 and currently at 3.93 and 2.93. I prefer them to be below 3.00 and 2.00.

Price/Earnings per Share Ratios are ridiculously high, being over 100, so no point in looking at them. I have Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) data to look at and the 5-year low, median, and high median Price/ Adjusted Funds from Operations per Share Ratios are 16.08, 17.55 and 21.03. The corresponding 10 year ratios are 15.09, 16.83 and 18.89. The current P/AFFO Ratio is 21.78 based on AFFO estimate for 2023 of $0.50 and a stock price of $10.89. The current ratio is above the high ratio of the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively expensive.

The 5-year low, median, and high median Price/ Funds from Operations per Share Ratios are 14.94, 16.58 and 19.09. The corresponding 10 year ratios are 13.88, 15.73 and 17.56. The current P/FFO Ratio is 19.45 based on FFO estimate for 2023 of $0.56 and a stock price of $10.89. The current ratio is above the high ratio of the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively expensive.

I get a Graham Price of $6.63. The 10-year low, median, and high median Price/Graham Price Ratios are 1.34, 1.55 and 1.74. The current P/GP Ratio is 1.64 based on a stock price of $10.89. The current ratio is between the median and high ratio of the 10 year median ratios. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable but above the median.

I get a 10-year median Price/Book Value per Share Ratio of 3.30. The current P/B Ratio is 3.12 based on a Book Value of $831M, Book Value per Share of $3.49 and a stock price of $10.89. The current ratio is 5.5% below the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable and below the median.

I get a 10-year median Price/Cash Flow per Share Ratio of 16.42. The current P/CF Ratio is 18.28 based on a stock price of $1.89, Cash Flow for the last 12 months of $141.7M and Cash Flow per Share of $0.60. The current ratio is 11% above the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable but above the median.

I get an historical median dividend yield of 5.78%. The current dividend yield is 5.62% based on a stock price of $10.89 and dividends of $0.612. The current yield is 2.8% below the historical median dividend yield. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable but above the median.

I get a 10 year median dividend yield of 4.80%. The current dividend yield is 5.62% based on a stock price of $10.89 and dividends of $0.612. The current yield is 17% above the 10 year median dividend yield. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively reasonable and below the median.

The 10-year median Price/Sales (Revenue) Ratio is 3.27. The current P/S Ratio is 2.59 based on Revenue estimate for 2023 of $999, Revenue per Share of $4.20 and a stock price of $10.89. The current ratio is 21% below the 10 year median ratio. This stock price testing suggests that the stock price is relatively cheap. Although, I wonder about the Revenue estimate for 2023 because that is a 41% jump, the Revenue estimate for 2024 is $878M and the Revenue for the last 12 months is $727M.

Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable. The 10 year median dividend yield test says this. It is confirmed by the P/S Ratio test, although this test says cheap, I wonder about it. Other tests vary from reasonable and below the median to expensive.

When I look at analysts’ recommendations, I find Strong Buy (1) and Buy (3). The consensus would be a Strong Buy. The 12 month stock price consensus is $13.25 with a high of $14.00 and a low of $12.50. The consensus price of $13.25 implies a total return of 27.29% with 21.67% from capital gains and 5.62% from dividends.

Richards Packaging Income Fund

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Growth Consumer. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable and maybe cheap. Debt Ratios are good. The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are good. The current dividend yield is moderate with dividend growth low. See my spreadsheet on Richards Packaging Income Fund.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? It has a moderate dividend yield with little growth. It is a stock that is not well followed, probably because it is a small company. It has good debt ratios and a moderate dividend yield of 3.88%. It has done well for its shareholders. However, there is a risk attached to being a small company that is not well followed. The stock price is certainly reasonable and it may even be cheap.

I do not own this stock of Richards Packaging Income Fund (TSX-RPI.UN, OTC-RPKIF). A member of one of my investment clubs suggested this stock.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed last year they had an earnings loss because of an acquisition charge when they purchased Clarion. The stock price continues to drop from the highs of 2021.

This is a total return would be a total return of 24.76% per year with 17.65% from capital gain and 7.10% from dividends.

Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably reasonable and maybe cheap. Magna International Inc

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Growth Consumer. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is reasonable and maybe cheap. Debt Ratios are fine, but liquidity could be improved. The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are fine. The current dividend yield is moderate with dividend growth moderate. See my spreadsheet on Magna International Inc.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? Because of the volatility of dividends, this company would not be the sort I would invest in currently. The company is selling at a reasonable price and it may even by cheap accounting to the dividend testing.

I do not own this stock of Magna International Inc (TSX-MG, NYSE-MGA), but I used to. I held this company between September 2002 and September 2006 and earned 5% return per year including dividends. When I bought this stock in 2002, I felt I was paying a good price for it. There were some rumors that it might be bought out in 2006, so I sold. Magna is a stock I have tracked for some time. I have always liked Frank Stronach, the entrepreneur who used to run this company. Manufacturing firms are fairly risky and it is not the sort of company I usually buy.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed EPS and AEPS was lower in 2022 but are expected to recover in 2023. Expenses were high in 2022 due to impairments to operations and Russia and losses on some investments. AEPS was $5.13 in 2021, $4.10 in 2022, and are expected to be $5.52 this year. EPS was $5.00 in 2021, $2.03 in 2022, and are expected to be $5.01 this year.

I have data for dividends for the last 34 years and dividends increased in 24 of these years and was decreased in 7 of those years. Even though this company is on the three dividend lists that I follow (probably because the last decrease was in 2009), I have to wonder if this is a good dividend growth stock because of the volatility in dividends in the past. I have invested in stock that have had one decrease over a number of years, because economic problems or necessary reorganizations can happen. But that is my limit.

The current dividend yield is moderate with dividend growth moderate. The current dividend yield is moderate (2% to 4% ranges) at 3.32%. The 5 and 10 year median dividend yields are also moderate at 2.75%, 2.28%. The historical median dividend yield is low (below 2%) at 1.97%. The dividend increases are moderate (8% to 14% ranges) at 10% per year over the past 5 years. The last dividend increase was in 2023 and it was for 2.2%. The dividends have been quite volatile for this stock. I have data for the past 34 years and dividends were increased in 24 years and decreased in 7 years.

The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are fine. The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are good. The DPR for 2022 for Earnings per Share (EPS) is 89% with 5 year coverage at 36%. The DPR for 2022 for Adjusted Earnings per Share (AEPS) is 44% with 5 year coverage at 32%. The DPR for 2022 for Cash Flow per Share (CFPS) is 21% with 5 year coverage at 15%. The DPR for 2022 for Free Cash Flow (FCF) is 124% with 5 year coverage at 27%.

AEPS 43.90% 32.35%

Debt Ratios are fine, but liquidity could be improved. The Long Term Debt/Market Cap Ratio for 2022 is good at 0.18 and currently at 0.26. The Liquidity Ratio for 2022 is a bit low at 1.14 and 1.11 currently. If you added in Cash Flow after dividends, the ratios are still low at 1.28 and 1.29. I prefer this ratio to be at 1.50 or above. The Debt Ratio for 2022 is fine at 1.69 and 1.59 currently. The Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios for 2022 are fine at 2.54 and 1.50 and currently at 2.70 and 1.70.

Methanex Corp

Sound bite for Twitter and StockTwits is: Dividend Paying Materials. Results of stock price testing is that the stock price is probably cheap. Some Debt Ratios could be improved like the Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios. The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are fine. The current dividend yield is low with dividend growth restarting. See my spreadsheet on Methanex Corp.

Is it a good company at a reasonable price? Dividends were cut in 2020 and even though they have been raised since, they are still 48% below the high of 2019. Dividend cuts are never a positive sign. Also, the company has a lot of debt and this is also a negative. Earnings have been volatile. Over the past 20 years, its return to shareholders have been ok. But for an ok return it would seem to be a risky stock. It would not be a favourite of mine. The results of the stock testing shows the stock price is probably cheap.

I do not own this stock of Methanex Corp (TSX-MX, NASDAQ-MEOH). I started a spreadsheet in November 2010 as I had read some good reports on the stock at that time. It is also got a solid “C” grade in a 2009 Money Sense review of stocks. Money Sense rated the top 100 Canadian Dividend Paying stocks. Money Sense was looking for stocks that provided generous income at reasonable prices.

When I was updating my spreadsheet, I noticed that they have a new CEO and CFO. Although both of these has worked for the company in other capacities. They also have several new directors. The Chairman has been in place since around 2017. Analysts expect that both AEPS and EPS will drop significantly in 2023, AEPS by 57% and EPS by 32%. However, both tend to be quite volatile. It is interesting that its biggest market is China.

The current dividend yield is low with dividend growth restarting. The current dividend yield is low (below 2%) at 1.71%. The 5 and 10 median dividend yields are also low at 1.67% and 1.86%. The historical median dividend yield is moderate (2% to 4% ranges) at 2.32%. The Dividend growth has restarted after dividends were cut in 2020. The last dividend increase was for 9.1% and it was in 2023 and it was for 5.7%. Dividends are still 47% below the high dividends of 2019. Over the past 20 years, dividends were raised in 17 years and decreased in 2 years (2020 and 2021). Dividends are paid in US$.

The Dividend Payout Ratios (DPR) are fine. The DPR for 2022 for Earnings per Share (EPS) is 9% with 5 year coverage at 25%. The DPR for 2022 for Adjusted Earnings per Share (AEPS) is 13% with 5 year coverage at 30%. The DPR for 2022 for Cash Flow per Share (CFPS) is 4% with 5 year coverage at 8%. The DPR for 2022 for Free Cash Flow (FCF) is 11% with 5 year coverage at 18%.

Item Cur 5 Years
EPS 9.48% 24.64%
AEPS 12.94% 29.57%
CFPS 4.25% 7.58%
FCF 10.72% 17.69%

Some Debt Ratios could be improved like the Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios. The Long Term Debt/Market Cap Ratio for 2022 is good at 0.81, although I know some analysts like this to be 0.50 or less. The Liquidity Ratio for 2022 is good at 1.99 and 1.64 currently. The Debt Ratio for 2022 is fine at 1.58 and 1.46 currently. The Leverage and Debt/Equity Ratios for 2022 are too high at 3.14 and 1.99. They are still too high currently at 3.24 and 2.08. I prefer them to be below 3.00 and 2.00.

Some of the other tests say the same thing, but I do get mixed results.
